Stop answering where is my delivery

A tracking link that actually works for the customer
Not a data dump. A clean map, the vehicle moving across it, your branding, and nothing they have to configure.
One-tap share
Generate a clean tracking URL for any vehicle or route and send it via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or QR code. No account, no app, no password.
Branded pages
Your logo, one primary colour and your contact details on the page a customer opens. Set it once and the links you have already sent pick it up.
4 access modes
Public, Email Capture (builds a prospect list), Email plus 6-digit code, or Authorized Only. Pick the friction that matches the cargo.
Smart expiry
Expire on a date, after hours, or the moment the vehicle enters a delivery geofence. Cleanly ended, no manual revoke.

Pick the friction that fits the cargo
A delivery to a neighbour can be a pure public link. A pharmaceuticals shipment probably wants email plus a 6-digit code. A government contract needs an authorised whitelist. Four access modes cover the full spectrum.
- Public: maximum reach, zero friction
- Email Capture: builds a prospect list for sales
- Email + 6-digit Code: verified viewers only
- Authorized Only: whitelist of pre-approved emails

On-arrival expiry is the feature you did not know you needed
Pick a geofence. The link stops working the moment the vehicle enters it. A 'Delivery Complete' message replaces the map, with no manual revoke step. Works for home delivery, for construction drop-offs, for any destination you can draw a zone around.
- On-arrival expiry via geofence
- Or expire on date, hours-after-creation, hours-after-access
- Delivery-complete message replaces the map automatically
- Revoke any link instantly from the dashboard
Route-based links work even when the bus changes
Assign a route, share the link with parents once, and the same URL keeps working every day, whichever bus covers the route that morning. The rest of the school run, geofenced stops through to the costed model, is on our school transport page.
- One link per route, not per bus
- Parents bookmark once, use indefinitely
- Branded with school logo and colours
- Stop verification via geofencing
Frequently asked
From any asset, trip, or delivery view, click 'Share tracking' to generate a unique link. The URL looks like iot.yipii.io/t/abc123xyz and can be sent via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or QR code. Each link can be configured independently for access mode, expiry, and branding.
No. Recipients open the link in any browser and see the live tracking page immediately. There is no login, no app download, and no Yipii account required. The lowest-friction mode is genuinely zero-friction.
Yes. Set a brand name, a square logo on a transparent background, one primary colour as a hex value, and default contact details covering name, email, phone, WhatsApp and website. An account admin sets it once under Settings, then Company. Logo and colour reach links you have already sent, because the page reads the branding when it opens. Contact details are copied onto a link as it is created, so older links keep the details they were made with. The colour runs as accents rather than a background wash, so pick one that reads against white.
You control the expiry. Links can expire on a fixed date, a set number of hours after creation or first access, or the moment the vehicle enters a designated geofence (for example, the delivery address). On-arrival expiry means the link ends cleanly without anyone needing to revoke it.
Yes, if you choose. Email Capture mode requires viewers to provide their address before viewing. Access Logs record viewer counts, session duration, and device data, and export to CSV for CRM integration or campaign analysis. For sensitive shipments, Authorized Only mode restricts access to a pre-approved whitelist of email addresses.
Route-based tracking links keep one URL valid even when the bus assigned to a route changes. Parents bookmark a single link that always shows whichever vehicle is operating the route today. This solves the "which bus today?" problem without sending new links every morning. Our school transport page covers the whole setup, from geofenced stops to the hours the link works during.
Creating a link, setting how and when it expires, and revoking one early are written out in the tracking links guide in the Yipii IoT docs.
