A technical partner to build your AI product and take it to market
You know an industry well and you can see the tool it is missing. What you need is a team that can build it properly and help you sell it.
We take products from an idea to a first version customers can use, launch it with you, and keep improving it once they do.
- Shape the idea
- Build the first version
- Take it to market
Who this is for
- Specialists and founders with a product idea and the industry knowledge behind it
- Companies adding an AI product or feature for their own customers
- Teams whose first version was built quickly and now needs to grow
From idea to launch
Every product is different, but the work runs in this order. You decide at the end of each stage whether to carry on.
Shape the idea
We test the concept with the people who would use it, decide what the first version has to do, and what can wait. You get a clickable prototype within days, so the big calls are made on something people can try.
Build the first version
Design, engineering and the AI behind it, built in small releases you can see and use as we go. We pick proven tools and AI services, and tell you what each one costs to run.
Take it to market
Positioning, pricing, the website and the first campaigns, made with the same AI-assisted workflows we use to market Yipii. You stay the face of the product, and we make sure everything you say about it is something it does.
Run it and improve it
Hosting, support and regular releases, with a roadmap tied to what customers actually do in the product. Then a handover to your own team, or we stay on as your technical partner.
Products we have built and run
| What | Where and when | Who |
|---|---|---|
| FunderPro, a white-label prop trading platform for businesses and traders. Chris designed and scaled the platform, and Tim later led its product while revenue grew from $15M to a $40M+ run-rate. | FunderPro, 2022 to 2026 | Chris and Tim |
| I'm Red AI, an AI customer support platform, taken from product idea to launch. | I'm Red AI, 2023 | Chris |
| Run It Once, taken from a product that could not be released to an acquisition by Rush Street Interactive. | Run It Once, 2017 to 2021 | Chris and Tim |
| Yipii, the fleet tracking and IoT platform we run in Malta, which grew out of Dazzle Panel. We build it, sell it and market it ourselves. | Dazzle Panel and Yipii, since 2008 | Chris and Tim |
How we can work together
- A fixed-price build
- A defined first version, with the scope and the price agreed in the proposal before we start.
- An ongoing technical partner
- A monthly fee for product, design and engineering once the product is live, month to month with 30 days' notice.
Questions we get asked
I have the idea but no technical background. Is that enough?
Yes. Most products start that way. You bring the knowledge of the industry and of the people who will pay for it. We bring product, design and engineering, and we explain each decision so you can make it.
Who owns the product and the code?
You do. The code and the accounts it runs in are yours from the start, unless the proposal says otherwise because we have agreed a different arrangement with you.
Will you sign an NDA before I share the details?
Yes. Send it over before the first call, or ask us for ours.
Do you help with sales and marketing as well?
With the launch, yes: positioning, pricing, the website and the first campaigns. We do the same for Yipii today. Selling to your first customers usually works best coming from you, and we set you up to do it.
Can you work with developers we already have?
Yes. Chris has led engineering teams of up to 110 people. We can lead your developers, review their work, or build alongside them.
What does it cost?
It depends on what the first version has to do, so we quote after the intro call. A build has a fixed price agreed before we start, and ongoing work is a fixed monthly fee.
