AI automation consulting for the work your team repeats every week

Most teams now have AI tools, and a few people use them well. The way the company answers customers, handles paperwork and reports usually looks the same as it did two years ago.

We find the two or three places where automation saves the most time, build it in the tools you already use, and train the people who will run it.

What you get

  • A short review of where AI would save your teams the most time
  • Two or three automations, set up in the tools you already use
  • Training for the people who run them, so they can adjust them without us
  • A way to measure what each one saves, agreed before we build

Usually a project of a few weeks at a fixed price, or a few days a month on an ongoing basis for a fixed monthly fee.

What automation changes in a job you already do

Pick a job and switch between how it runs today and how it can run once it is automated. A person still checks the work at the point where judgement matters.

  1. CustomerAn enquiry arrives by email, web form or WhatsApp.
  2. OfficeSomeone reads it and works out what the customer wants.
  3. OfficeThey look up prices and availability in a spreadsheet or two.
  4. OfficeThey write a reply from scratch.
  5. OfficeThey log it in the CRM, if they remember.

Five steps, four of them done by hand by whoever has a free minute.

Typical examples, not a client case.

Where we usually start

Customer enquiries and support
Messages sorted and answered in draft, the hard ones passed to a person, and every conversation logged in your CRM.
Document-heavy admin
Invoices, contracts, forms and applications read, checked against your records and filed.
Internal reporting
Figures pulled from each system, combined, checked for gaps and summarised for the people who read them.
Questions about your own data
Your team asks in plain language and gets an answer from your data, without waiting for an analyst.
Content and marketing
Drafts, films and ad sets produced from your written brand, tone and claims rules, so what goes out stays accurate.
Prototypes and internal tools
Working prototypes customers can try within days, and small internal apps built with AI coding tools.

Building an AI product of your own?

Automation improves the work a business already does. If you want to build a new product around AI, for your customers or for an industry you know, we do that too, from the first prototype to launch.

How we build and launch products

Questions we get asked

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the job, so we quote after the intro call. Projects have a fixed price agreed before we start, and ongoing work is a fixed monthly fee. Nothing starts until you have agreed to the proposal.

Do we have to change the tools we use?

Usually not. We build in the tools you already have where we can, such as your email, CRM, accounts system and shared drives, and only suggest a new one when it clearly does the job better.

Where does our data go?

You decide before anything is built. The proposal lists each system an automation reads from and writes to, and which AI service handles the text, so you can check it against your own policies.

Do you only work with fleet or transport companies?

No. Yipii's fleet tracking is one business we run. In consulting we work with companies in any sector, and most of our own background is in fintech, trading and online gaming.

Can you build something new, rather than automate what exists?

Yes. If the right answer is a new internal tool or a prototype for your customers, we design and build it, and you own the code at the end.

Do you work outside Malta?

Yes. Chris is in Malta and Tim is in Valencia, and we work with teams anywhere.
